After meeting Luke at several hands-on summer workshops, I reached out to him for help defining our equipment needs for our new school fabrications lab. We have had our new laser engraver, desktop CNC router and large-format printer/cutter for about a year. NW Tech has provided amazing support from the very beginning and continues to be responsive as we learn more about these products and how to best use them for programs for our students. When we have trouble with our tools, they are fast and responsive. When we have questions about applications, they go above and beyond to ensure that we are successful.
